Safety Case & COMAH Case Support
RJE Risk Consultants have supported a wide range of onshore and offshore operating companies with regards to regulatory compliance making their case for safety. Consequence Modelling
RJE Risk Consultants have significant experience and capability to model fluid dispersion, and fluid deflagration scenarios. Tools used range from inhouse Excel /VBA based software (REQ© & REQ1©) to phenomenological programs such as Phast, to CFD software such as FLACS, FLUENT, and ANSYS-CFX
Quantitative Risk Assessment
RJE Risk Consultants have performed Quantitative Risk Assessment on offshore and Offshore assets for many years. Our engineers have developed tools for performing the analysis (REQ© & REQ1©) which offers a transparent and yet comprehensive method of assessment.
HAZOP, HAZID, DSR, LOPA
RJE Risk Consultants have IChemE trained HAZOP facilitators, and Functional Safety certified engineers to help with all aspects of design and operations. We can offer all services from Terms of Reference production, to Action Approval and Closeout.
Escape, Evacuation & Rescue Assessment (EERA)
All aspects of EERA can be performed for all MAHs. Bespoke specialist advice on Personnel Safety Equipment requirements, lifeboat and liferaft provision, and all other aspects of PFEER can be provided.

Fire & Explosion Risk AssessmentFires and explosions are very infrequent events, making understanding their risks difficult. RJE RC offer all fire and explosion consequence, frequency and risk assessment techniques, from simple hand calculations, through phenomenological methods, and computational fluid dynamics (CFD)

Pressure Profile and Fluid Flow Assurance
RJE Risk Consultants has significant experience in fluid flow within networks. We have developed our own software REFlow© which can account for all steady state flow networks for single & two phase fluids. We have experience with 3rd Party software such as Pipenet, and have worked on multiple active fire protection and deluge modelling projects
Ship Collision Studies
RJE Risk Consultants can perform ship collision analysis for any budget, ranging from simple generic assessments to detailed probabilistic analysis based on AIS or other actual shipping data. Frequency and Consequence data can be directly incorporated into QRAs or other assessments, such that comparisons and total risk can be estimated.
Facility SitingIncidents like Bhopal, and Texas City highlight the requirement to safely locate occupied buildings. RJE RC have extensive experience and bespoke software to evaluate your building risk from adverse process events.
Travel RiskTravel risks typically represent 25% of all individual risk to offshore personnel. RJE RC offers a variety of means of evaluating travel risk. Walk to Work (W2W) justifications, and bespoke marine and aerial methods can all be assessed.
